What information we use
When you sign in with Google, we receive an account identifier, your email and basic profile information such as your name. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail messages.
In the cloud workspace, we store the information you choose to save: credential details and original files, professional profile and optional photo, résumé content, job checklists, reminder preferences and document history. This information is used to provide those features, return your files and create exports you request.
What stays in your browser
Browser-only Free saves its records on this device rather than syncing them to your cloud workspace. Saved job selections and some convenience settings can also remain in browser storage. Clearing site data can remove local information.
Document text recognition runs in your browser. Optional paid Resume Studio tools send selected résumé text, credential titles and a pasted job description to Cloudflare Workers AI only after you confirm. Original wallet files, photos and contact details are not included automatically. Review all suggestions before use. Scanning libraries and language files may load from third-party hosts, which receive normal connection information.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the app, cloud database and private file storage. Google provides sign-in. These providers may process IP addresses, browser details and service or security logs when you use the app. If you choose test checkout, Stripe receives your account email and test payment details and processes payment-related device and connection information. NurseReady stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not full card details. Never enter a real card into the sandbox. Necessary sign-in cookies keep your cloud session active. The app does not add advertising or analytics cookies.
NurseReady does not sell your documents, use them for advertising or send your wallet to employers automatically. Uploaded originals are encrypted before storage, but this is not end-to-end encryption. Authorized service operators can access stored information; document names, dates and other database fields are not encrypted by the app.
Reminders, jobs and external links
If you enable push reminders, we store a device subscription and reminder settings so browser push services can deliver notifications. You can disable notifications in your browser or device settings. Notifications may be visible on your lock screen. Email reminders are not configured.
The job board uses a shared Jobr feed. The app does not send your credential wallet or résumé to that feed. Opening a job or renewal link takes you to another service under its own policies. Applying for jobs and completing renewals happen there.
Downloaded résumés, document packets, backups and calendar exports create copies outside NurseReady. Calendar exports can contain credential names and dates. You control where you save or share those copies.
Your access, export and deletion choices
You can update your saved information, export cloud workspace data and download stored originals. Document history supports restoring earlier versions, so removing a document from the active list is not the same as erasing its history.
The delete-all-data option requires explicit confirmation and removes your cloud workspace records and referenced originals. End any active test subscription in Billing before deleting your cloud workspace. Purchase records, unused AI credit balances and sign-in security settings remain; stored AI draft text, résumé applications and versions are removed. Stripe may retain its separate test billing records. It does not delete your Google account, records on the previous NurseReady host, browser-local data, downloaded files or copies you shared. Clear local Free data separately in that workspace or your browser settings.
We keep cloud records until you remove them or the preview ends. Provider logs and backups may remain under separate retention rules; a fixed backup retention period has not been established. Immediate removal of every copy is not promised.
Preview limits and questions
Use fictional or redacted documents during the preview. Do not provide patient information, Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords or government identity documents. Read the Security page for current protections and limits.
During private review, contact the project owner through your existing communication channel for privacy questions. A monitored public contact and the operator’s legal details are not yet published; this policy remains a preview policy pending that information and review. We will update this page when data practices change.
