Using the preview
NurseReady helps you organize nursing credentials, documents, résumés, reminders and job checklists. The current cloud workspace is a free preview with Google sign-in. Browser-only Free is a separate workspace stored on your device.
Use fictional or redacted examples while security and operational reviews continue. Do not use the preview as your only copy of an important record. Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn; continuous availability and successful recovery are not guaranteed.
Your account and content
Use your own account and only upload information you have the right to manage. You keep your rights to your content. NurseReady processes, stores and displays it to provide the features you choose, including downloads and exports.
Keep your sign-in account secure, sign out on shared devices and check the information you save. Do not upload patient records, Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, government identity documents, malware or unlawfully obtained material. Do not falsify credentials, access another person’s records or bypass security controls.
Credentials and reminders need your review
NurseReady does not verify credentials, issue or renew licenses, determine your eligibility to practice or guarantee employer acceptance. A current status reflects a saved date, not verified authenticity or good standing. Confirm requirements with the issuing body and employer.
Text recognition and suggested dates may be wrong. Review the original before confirming a date. Renewal guidance should follow the credential’s issuing authority, which may differ from where you live.
Push reminders depend on device permission, browser support, connectivity, quiet hours and snooze settings. Delivery is not guaranteed. Email and text reminders are not connected. Calendar exports are snapshots, so continue tracking critical deadlines independently.
Jobs, applications and external services
Jobr listings and external renewal resources are provided for convenience. Listings may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable; confirm openings, pay, eligibility and application requirements with the employer. A listing is not an endorsement or a promise of employment.
Saving a job or creating a checklist does not submit an application or share your documents with an employer. Applying, renewing credentials and making payments on external websites are separate actions governed by those services. Completed renewals do not automatically update your wallet.
Pricing and payments
The preview makes no real charges. Optional Stripe sandbox checkout lets you test recurring subscriptions at $8.99 USD per month or $79 USD per year using test payment details only. These test subscriptions do not change your preview access. Live subscriptions are not enabled.
Browser-only Free currently includes up to five credential records, one checklist and a classic résumé. Cloud preview features are free to test. Manage or cancel test subscriptions from Billing. Test payments have no real monetary value. Live billing, cancellation, tax and refund terms will be presented before real purchases open.
Your data and these terms
You can export your workspace and request its deletion using the in-app controls. Keep your own backups. Downloaded or shared copies remain your responsibility. The Privacy policy and Security page explain storage, access and deletion limits.
These are preview terms. The operator’s legal details, monitored public contact and final legal review remain incomplete. During private review, contact the project owner through your existing communication channel. We will update this page as the service changes; material changes will be identified before affected paid services open.
